Pressure vessels are commonly used parts in industrial production and people’s lives, the medium working inside is under a certain pressure. When the pressure vessel eakage or damage occurs, it will cause great harm to industrial production and people’s life and property, so the pressure vessel should be testing strictly in the factory. At present, most of the hydraulic test beds use hydraulic oil as the test medium in china, not only the hydraulic oil itself is flammable and explosive, environmental polluted, but also hydraulic test bed is laborious, low-fidelity and low efficiency. Therefore, it is of great significance to do research and development on control system of water hydraulic test bed.According to the control requirements of the test bed and the actual debugging experience, the pressure is controlled by the servo motor pushing the core of the pressure control valve. According to the composition and working principle of the test bed, the control system of the test bed is developed based on IPC and PLC.Based on the control program of the test bed, the hardware structure of the control system is designed. With the selection of IPC, PLC, AC servo system, sensors and other hardware of the control system, the electrical system of the test bed is desisged. Therefore, the hardware design of the control system of the test bed is completed.The control software is developed by C#, using the Windows Forms Application.The S7connection between upper computer and S7-300PLC is builded up via Ethernet, and so the data exchange between the S7-300PLC and IPC can be achieved through the OPC communication. The PLC program is developed by STEP7programming software, and the data exchange between S7-300and S7-200is achieved via the MPI communication program. The system pressure is accurately and closed-loop controlled by the servo motor which is controlled by S7-200PLC. Therefore, the software design of the control system of the test bed is completed.After debugging the control system of test bed, the sample is tested on hydraulic test bed. By analysing and test data, the test results show that the control system of the test bed meet the control requirements, and it improves the control precision and the test efficiency of the test bed.
