Vibration torque universally exists in rotating system. And it is important to determine whether the system is stable or not. Usually we can get the vibration torque by measuring its angular acceleration.In this paper, my main work is the research and design of the system, which can measure the vibration torque. According to the mechanical angular acceleration measurement and analysis, developed a method for measurement of mechanical angular acceleration of permanent magnet angular acceleration sensor based on the electromagnetic induction principle. And the new calibration instrument can calibrate the permanent magnet angular acceleration sensor effectively. Further more, we also developed a signal acquisition and processing system, selection its hardware and write its software. Finally complete the whole mechanical angular acceleration signal acquisition and processing system. At the end of the study we use a variety of standard signal under test the accuracy of the system, and then use kinds of industrial electric motors to test the angular acceleration signal acquisition and processing system, the result shows that it works well.The main work and achievements include:1. Analyses the principle, structure and characteristics of several existing angular acceleration sensor. On this basis, put forward a mechanical angular acceleration physical reaction based on the principle of electromagnetic induction, and further puts forward the principle and model for a novel permanent magnet angular acceleration sensor, and then developed the prototype model of the new kind of sensor.2Research on the calibration method for this type of angular acceleration sensor. Corresponding up the angular acceleration and the angular acceleration sensor output together successfully, and get a reliable numerical calibration.3Establish the signal acquisition and processing system and do experimental testing. The software system is composed of signal acquisition, signal storage and signal processing module, with the combination of the hardware implementation the function of signal acquisition, data processing and data output.4Use the industrial motor to test the mechanical angular acceleration acquisition system. And it works well.
