In the well drilling process, WOB and torque near the drill bit at the bottom-hole are very important drilling parameters. Accurate measurement of WOB and torque with the drilling is very important, we measure WOB and torque accurately can achieve safe and efficient drilling. To this purpose, this paper will design a special calibration system for bottom-hole WOB and torque sensors to calibrate sensors.First of all, we designed a three-way hydraulic controlling systems, it could control WOB (25 t ), torque (30000Nm), as well as drilling fluid pressure (20 MPa ) respectively. This system use electro-hydraulic servo system to ensure the normal operation of calibration device, the hydraulic control system's theory is introduced. Through the analysis of each circuit, determine components'type of the hydraulic system.Secondly, for hydraulic system, using AMESim simulation software to make simulation analysis, through the analysis of simulation results to determine WOB and torque whether meet the required precision.Then, giving a brief introduction to the calibration device, and making a mechanical analysis for the main structure of the calibration device, using ANSYS analysis software to make intensity of verification for major components, proved that the main components of calibration device meet the strength requirements.Finally, giving a simple principle analysis to the signal processing circuit, microcomputer and its peripheral interface circuit for a simple principle of analysis, Describing the connection of each functional module circuit.
