Rotary machinery is important power equipment,which is widely used in industrial and agricultural production,engineering construction,transportation and so forth.The operating conditions of rotary machinery have a direct impact on engineering quality and production results.When there is an imbalance(torque difference)between the output torque and the load torque in the prime mover of the rotating machine system,torsional vibration of the rotating machine will be generated.The torsional vibration will be not only wear parts,but also vibration noise.The torsional vibration information on the rotation axis is reflected by the form of the change in rotational angular acceleration,and the torsional vibration can be obtained by measuring the rotational angular acceleration sensor on the rotation axis.By analyzing the rotational angular acceleration information on the rotating shaft,the cause of the vibration torque on the rotating shaft system can be obtained,and the operating conditions of the rotating system can be monitored.Therefore,the research on the measurement accuracy of the rotating angular acceleration sensor,has great practical significance to the measurement,analysis and diagnosis of pulse vibration condition and fault of rotating system.Our research group developed a series of permanent magnet rotation angular acceleration sensors in the early stage,which is simple for obtaining the rotation angular acceleration signal on the rotating shaft.Torsional vibration signal data of the general rotating shaft system can be realized without damaging the mechanical structure of the original transmission system Real-time measurement and observation,and an incremental grating encoder calibration method suitable for the permanent magnet rotation angular acceleration sensor is proposed.However,it was found in the experiments that the selection of different resolutions of the incremental encoder has a significant effect on the calibration accuracy of the permanent magnet rotation angular acceleration sensor.Therefore,this paper analyzes the reasons for the impact of different resolutions of incremental encoders on the accuracy of permanent magnet rotation angular acceleration calibration,and conducts in-depth research on how to improve the calibration accuracy.The optimization research and system development of calibration system for permanent magnet rotating angular acceleration sensorhas achieved;Based on this research,the rotational angular acceleration measurement system on the rotation axis based on a series of permanent magnet rotational angular acceleration sensors was researched and optimized.Mainly includes:(1)Firstly,the working principle and practical application of the permanent magnet rotation angular acceleration sensor are introduced.An in-depth analysis is developed in view of the errors existing in the calibration system of the permanent magnet rotation angular acceleration sensor based on the incremental grating encoder in the early stage.What's more,based on the LabVIEW software platform,the software system of optimal resolution selection of incremental grating encoder and calibration system of permanent magnet rotating angular acceleration sensor is developed..The experimental platform reconstruction and calibration of the permanent magnet rotation angular acceleration sensor calibration system are completed,which can improve the calibration accuracy of the sensor.(2)Aiming at the application problem of the permanent magnet rotation angular acceleration sensor,a wired and wireless signal transmission system suitable for the output characteristics of the sensor is designed and developed,which increases the use flexibility of the sensor.It has verified that the transmission accuracy of wired transmission systems is as high as 0.36%,and that of wireless transmission systems is as high as 0.7%.Aiming at these two different transmission methods,a high-precision computer software system for torsional vibration signal acquisition and analysis is built based on the LabVIEW software platform,which can realize real-time acquisition,processing,analysis and storage of sensor output signals.This research work has made the permanent magnet rotation angular acceleration sensor practical measurement in the measurement of rotational angular acceleration on the axis of the rotating system and on-axis fault diagnosis,and provides a new method for measuring the vibration torque on the rotating axis.
