Design And Implementation Of Scientific Research Information Management System For Liaohe Petroleum Vocational And Technical College

Colleges and universities increase investment in scientific research accordingly. Therefore, new requirements have been put forward on the modernization and informatization of scientific research management in colleges and universities. The traditional management mode based on the process of paper document, can no longer meet the various requirements of scientific research information management. A Scientific and standardized management system which is simple to use, sufficient, reliable, and can constantly promote scientific research progress has become the inevitable trend of scientific research management in colleges and universities.This system in this article is designed and developed to meet the practical needs of Liaohe Petroleum Vocational and Technical College for an efficient, convenient and practical scientific research information management system. The system’s main function includes scientific research project management, achievement registration and inquiry, awards of all levels management, scientific research function management, funds and equipment management, scientific research workload management, etc. On the basis of actual needs of the college’s scientific research management, the system will make use of ASP. NET technology, C#language and SQL Server2008database to write and develop scientific research information management system of a B/S structure. The system will include processes such as approval, review, implementation, evaluation, concluding, filing, fund, declaration, review and appraisal, reward and promotion. It will provide a good user interface with stable and reliable performance which enables neat functional implement.With this system, college leaders, scientific research management departments, scientific research departments and scientific research personnel are able to access and exchange scientific research information efficiently and accurately. It will play an important role in the process of the scientific research project approval and implement, management and supervision, decision-making and planning. It is going to improve the efficiency and quality of scientific research work in the college, and promote college science and technology innovation ability, make scientific research in the college more scientific, standardized, and informatized, and improve office efficiency and work quality.
