| Based on the requirements of fire fighting agency as background and combined with the chemical disaster accident processing aid information system discussing in this paper is a high adaptability processing aid system according to the features and damage characters of many chemical disaster accidents happened in the country, and is used to evaluate accident damage degree, provide on-site firefighting scenario to help accident processing job.This system’s general functions include accident on-site information management, accident processing scenario management, simulated firefighting calculation, toxic materials information management and firefighting resources information management. The system provides internal digital map management function, which can show accident information and simulated computing results on the digital map and directly help decision making. This system’s software design uses multiple layers module as its foundation, and can be divided into the following layers:operation navigation layer and view management layer, completes professional function navigation and data output display function; applied computing function layer, manages the simulated computing module for chemical disaster fire accident, completes evaluation computing and generates corresponding processing scenario according to real accident status and featured data; basic information management layer, manages basic data of chemical disaster accidents, including accident basic data, chemical materials’characteristic index data and lab data, basic processing scenario data, chemical toxic materials and firefighting materials characteristic data, civic fire station location and firefighting equipment resources distribution data.This system has user-friendly interface, easy to view and use. It mainly aims to the industrial standard application environment and computing platform, has high maintenance ability and has already began to be put into essential practice. |
