With the rapid development of China’s national economy, we product and use moreand more toxic chemicals, and increasing all kinds of unexpected chemical disasters.Our governments and incident units’ important duty is rescuing chemical disastersquickly, efficiently and safely. With the development of computer technology, it comestrue to assist chemical disasters processing with the help of computer networktechnology. Accident treatment decision support system plays an important role inimproving the management level of leaders, promoting the information constructionquality and efficiency of the Fire Department, disaster management anddecision-making.This paper analyzes the development of Accident treatment decision supportmanagement, based B/S model and MVC three-tier structure, using object-orientedprograming and software engineering methods. It develops chemical fire brigadedisaster accident disposal decision support system includes the main functions: systemmanagement function, disposal program management function, application computingmanagement function, poison query management function, integrated informationmanagement function. Each functional component has sub-module design anddevelopment. This reduces the coupling and improves the scalability of the system.After describe the development of related technology, this paper gives system needsanalysis, and sums up the function of each module of the system. Then design thesemodules, and complete various functions, given parts of the system interface. As lastimplement a series of tests on the system and on-line run test.
