With the continuous development of technology and concept, some enterprise employee training and education appeared some new trends in the world especially in Europe and the United States, which had brought new concept to employee training and education. And the new concept is worth learning for our enterprise. Using information means, realizing online planning, management, evaluation and assess of employee training will be a useful tool for enriching the means of education and training, improving the level of employee training and realizing training normalization, which will promote the change of training methods and provide talents for the enterprise development.Huadian International Project Management Limited Company (Hereinafter referred to as:HDGX company) founded in March2004, belongs to Huadian International Power Limited Company. As the production and operation tasks of the enterprise become heavier, the requirement of the enterprise management level becomes higher and higher. Combining with the social development and the influence of market economy in recent years, employee fluidity is more and more obvious, especially when the job-hopping phenomenon caused by college students grows recently, which brings great challenges for the technology inheritance and normal operation of enterprise. Based on the present situation of employee training in HDG company, through the management software development and design of education and training, the employee training management was transferred from the traditional way to the paperless and automatic training management. This paper also includes the use of advanced management thought, strengthening the whole management process of employee training hours and credit, and the implementation of information management including training plan, execution and feedback. The created comprehensive information management platform integrated plan declaration, process monitoring, effect evaluation and information record together. Through the investigation of the present situation of the company training, and the analysis of existence questions and insufficiency of education and training management, the feasibility solution of information management was put forward. Then the requirement analysis, the design of architecture, process management and data structure, programming, operation test and the improvement were carried on, in order to realize the normal operation of the system, and meet the demands of education and training of HDGX company.
