| Service-oriented architecture-SOA is a1996Gartner Group proposed softwarearchitecture, it is a design idea or call it a design method, it in each business functionmodule stripped out (ie, services)strict contract and interface specification they arelinked, so as to achieve loose coupling between services. The author in the literature ofSOA technology in the study at home and abroad on the basis of the design andZhongshan Municipal Public Security Bureau for Education and Training Section,integrated business management system, Education and training of police officers,meritorious reward situation, casualties of the effective management of the pensionsituation to further regulate the business of the Education and Training Division, toimprove the efficiency and level of the Education and Training Division, to facilitatedata query and management of various units.Firstly, the concept of SOA and elaborated more in-depth introduction to discussSOA in the Internet environment technology-the Web Service, including the basics andprotocol specification of Web Service: XML,SOAP,the UDDI,WSDL.UML modelingfollowed by the use of this article, including the establishment of a use case diagram,ER diagram, such as model; and discuss design patterns and framework, and used in thedevelopment of this system. Hierarchical system based on the MVC thinking of China,combined with the design pattern approach to solve the functional redundancy, thecommunication between layers inconvenience, the degree of coupling is too high,increase the system maintainability, scalability and portability, and relatively reducesystem maintenance costs and maintenance difficulty. Finally, according to theZhongshan Public Security education and training business problems and businessneeds, the use of SOA, the use of Web Service technology, design Zhongshan publicsecurity education and training based on multi-layer structure of integrated businessmanagement system.In this paper, a unified planning and management of various business modules ofthe Public Security Bureau of Education and Training Division, the overall design anddevelopment of SOA-based architecture, adequate forward planning of the entire business module, and laid a solid foundation for the building of the late various businessmodulesbasis, while also reducing the capital investment of the follow-up of variousbusiness modules. In-depth study of SOA and OA (Office Automation OA) technologybased on the build service-oriented system architecture for the system, it has three majoradvantages:1) loosely coupled;2) openness;3) based on the expected long-termstability of the standard.Integrated business management system designed by the Education and TrainingBranch has completed the overall design, but taking into account the test environmentand the actual operating environment of the software reliability growth model, is theactual operating environment, and constantly improve the system functions.
