| At present, the manufacturing model of China’s equipment manufacturing industry has changed from loose management to centralized control,and the measurement system has,changed from specialization to generalization.There are still a big gap compare to the international advanced level in the field or concept and technology.With the revamp of the debugging process flow,the development of multi-type receiver measurement system with classification debugging and multi-type collinear management can effectively improve the efficiency and reliability of the test,so that the multi-type production capacity of our research institute has been effectively improved without additional space or staff.Against the background of automatic debugging process optimization, the advanced information management technology and automation generalization testing technology is applied to the product debugging in this paper.The automation technology renovation is used for the testing equipment for multi-type echo receiver wihe different debugging station.The automation debugging process software for the signal circuit board and combiner is developed.The echo receiver test system based on the classification debugging and multi-type collinear management has been implemented. By using the virtual instrument development environment, combining with the scientific calculation and the visualization interactive programming environment,the design and implementation for the software of multi-type collinear receiver test system has been completed.One of the main work of the software is providing the real and varied simulate echo signals for different model receiver measured.The other main work of the software is completing the automation test for all parametes of different model receive by controlling the hardware system with the serial instruction.And the test results and telemetry data can be achieved and prcesed in hign-speed so that the test data can be display and save in real-time.At the same time, the test flow for a certain type radar echo receiver has been presented in this paper. And thetest results show that all parameters of radar receiver can be tested using the software with high reliability and improved efficiency. |
