With the gr owth of their customers and the growth of business data, the performance problem ha s appeared which will directly affect the system response time and efficiency.The thesis is based on the Oracle database framework, make use of Statspack an d Oracle dynamic view and make deep research and analysis for the telecom network resource system. As a result, we find out the major bottleneck of the database perfor mance. Later, we get a set of specific performance tuning solutions for the logical sto rage, physical storage, the memory structure and online redo log group. Finally, the so lution will handle the database tuning for telecom business data.
