| In recent years, with the development of the world economy, companies have been expanding, requirements of companies for modern video conference management system are sharply urgent. The companies must take good use of advanced information technology to build a set of normative and sound financial accounting system, so as to improve the efficiency of company conference management and reduce the cost.Through reviewing the present situation of domestic and abroad video conference management, the method of C/S network business management system based on national standard is proposed, aiming at solving the problems of big potential safety hazard, high cost, poor operational as well as the poor maintenance system. Secondly, for the system demand analysis, the current demands situation of company conference management is clearly described. At the same time, the system has been carried on the overall design, describing the architecture of the whole system overall, and modeling the system through UML from multi-levels which make the structure more clearly. Then, the system is analyzed in detail, respectively from the user login, system management, conference management, video management and integrated set management module and so on. Finally, the realization of every system module has been fully tested to guarantee the stability of the system.Based on SQL Server database and the mature J2EE technology, the video conference management system has been designed and implemented. In order to guarantee the system security and stability, and conform to the contemporary requirements of modern companies, the specification of software testing method is used for comprehensive system test. The system improves the work efficiency, ensures the data security and safe operation, and achieves the requirements of the template system. |
