Hardware in the loop simulation technology is an important part of the simulation technology, which is widely applied in the field of industrial technical research. The representative applications are Aerospace technology, orbit control technology and mechanical design technology, etc. By adding some physical objects to the computer simulation loop, Hardware-in-the-loop simulation technology is more similar with the physical system.This thesis is based on ACSIE(Advanced Control Systems for Industry in Equipments, ACSIE) laboratory. By integrating the hardware equipment of process control laboratory, we combine the physical process object with computer virtual simulation model. Thus design the hardware in the loop simulation experimenting system consists of PC, S7-300PLC and some instrument and meter. The hardware in the loop simulation experimenting system that established mixing the cold and hot medium possesses the characteristic of coupling system. It can be studied as a classical process control experimental system and used for the research of decoupling control. In addition, the hardware in the loop simulation experimenting system possesses numerous research capabilities of conventional industrial process control. It provides a verification platform to the decoupling control, model predictive control and fault diagnosis, etc.Based on the structural features of available experimental facility and the design requirement, we firstly establish the mathematical model of temperature. Considering the coupling relationship of liquid level and temperature, the feed-forward decoupling control plan is determined. And then combined request with actual control, taking S7-300PLC as bottom layer controller and the simulation unit of temperature object. Thus the single loop control module and decoupling module is designed. Finally, configured the system through the PC WinCC which achieves the system of data acquisition and monitoring. From the results of system operation we can see:The established hardware in the loop simulation experimenting system truly reflects the correlation of liquid level and temperature. It can be applied to static decoupling and dynamic decoupling control experiments.
