In the development of servo system,for the characteristics of target under control are multivariate nonlinearity and strongly coupling,it is hard to build a precise mathematical model which includes all the characteristics.For this reason,to improving the precision of simulation and the veracity of control arithmetic,we can use the Hhardware-In-Loop-Smulation(HILS) technique.In this paper,we design a HILS system base on the Virtual Instrument engineering workbench.Through the Simulation Interface Toolkit (SIT),the data communicates bewteen the controller model which built by Matlab/Simulink and the LabVIEW program files,then use the LabVIEW to control a Date Acquisition (DAQ) Card to servo-controling.In this paper,the introduction of the HILS base on the LabVIEW and PCI-1711 is summaried firstly.At the same time,the concrete project and probable steps are also presented.The results shows that,it is effective to inspect and verify the algorithm.At the end,the paper gave a method to convert the simulink model to the DSP code automatic and fleetly,thus we finish the whole flow of the servo-control system development.The result shows that it's effectively improving the efficiency of the algorithm of servo system which is developed,at the same time,reducing the costs.
