The paper investigates deeply in courier logistics information construction and the business situation through practical research. It analysis the issues caused by barcode technology. It tests the read rate of RFID techonology’s application in many situations, and analyzes the results. It finds out that, as the labels increase, the readability decrease. Against this problem, the paper proposes solutions to prevent them from collision. Based on the testing, it designs a courier logistics tracking system frame, including systematic framework, supplyment, the software features, and so on.With the help of RFID, the courier logistics tracking system can track the entire mailing process with a "visible" way. RFID explores a new mode to the courier logistics tracking system. It is an important way to improve management services of postal express, and to face the fierce market competition.
