The solar technology based on silicon industry plays a very important role in energysector, as well as to be a trend of development. The improvement Siemens method, whichis most popular used in worldwide, now is beginning to adopted in many company ofChina.However, within the new technology has been adopted and becoming localization,it comes some new problems, especially quality and some kind of chronic problems.These problems not only do some bed effects on quality and safety, but also weaken themarket competitiveness in worldwide, leaving a result of overcapacity in China. Socompanies have to change from the old saying poor quality, low safety, maximal outputproduction to a new saying high quality, high safety and proper output production.However it would be a urgent issues because of changeless equipment.The failure mode and effects analysis with fixing coefficient in fuzzy mathematicsalgorithm based on the FMEA method, establishing fuzzy rules list to calculate and rankthe risks through the RPN, which can point out danger and something we should focuson. At the same time we add fixing coefficient into FMEA method to do the identificationthat some chronic problems and quality problems.According to these method and questions, based on the program of1500tons/yearpolycrystalline silicon in ChangZhi, using the fuzzy FMEA with fixing coefficientmethod to analysis local design process, rank the risks and finally give some suggestionsof improvement.
