Wind power, which is green and convenient, plays a more and more important role in energy. Therefore, the management and maintenance of wind power has become a pressing problem. Traditional management of wind power is often manually submitted and organized, which lacks of efficiency and quality. Also, the existing management system, most of which transformed from fire power, sometimes can’t fit the flow process of wind power management. Therefore, building an exclusive customer integrated management system, which is efficient, convenient and manageable for wind power, has become a top priority.The system has been designed by.NET platform, using Microsoft SQL server database to systematic manage the back-end. The system is served to manage a wind power company, all the staff that has permissions can use their username and password to enter the system and look for updated information, the people who has the special privileges can organize some part of the information. Different roles in the company can manage different part such as: two-worksheet, equipment, security, shifting of duty, repair, and system. At the same time, the unique defect eliminating flow process connect the daily work among operational department, repair department and the group, which is convenient and clear. The system guarantee the management and submittal of all staffs daily work can be done on it. What’s more, the meticulous database design could also make the data management structured, safe and efficient.Through a period of trail operations, the system has achieved good results. Without the complicated paper work and manually management, the easy-operating system has greatly improved the whole company’s efficiency. It also raises the staff’s awareness to the work flow process. The success of this system provides an effective basis for the future wind power management system. Also, it provides some useful experience for specialized integrated management system. |
