The procedure ticket of power supply system is one of the important organization means in the power supply company, whose ultimate principle is"safety first, prevention first". Correct and standard procedure tickets are strongly assurance to avoid artificial mishandling. Based on generalizing the present status of microcomputer billing system, a new procedure ticket system using microcomputer is extracted, which is generated and managed automatically.After analyzing the histology, enterprise post, service condition of the procedure ticket and the network construction situation of the power supply enterprise, it is determined that the procedure ticket system designed and developed for actual requirement should make full use of the existing procedure ticket issuing experience and the completed network resources to realize the automatic generation and streamline processing of the procedure ticket based on Geographic Management Information System. Use system to provide equipment to topological structure and scheduling of substation system to provide far dynamic real-time information to set up a database. Knowledge base (including device base and regular base) and inference (using positive inference and the fuzzy algorithm design) are established based on expert system to realize the procedure ticket formed automatically. The procedure ticket system establishes a comprehensive information platform for unified managing the procedure ticket and adopts a new method based on list to implement workflow and network circulation of the system. Furthermore, the system can realize issuing, audit, propagation, execution, rejection, alteration, repealing, termination and filing of the procedure ticket's whole-process management. Test run indicates that the procedure ticket can be formed simply and quickly, circulation time is shortened, the working efficiency is improved, great improvement has occurred in control level. In addition, the system can put into effect the standardization and normalization of the procedure ticket, which has certain economic benefits and social benefit.
