Two ticket system is formulated by electric company aiming at the problems that exist in the work tickets, ticket operations workflow and implementation issues to ensure the safe operation of the power system. With the extensive application of computer technology and network technology, as well as information systems, how to build power enterprise information system to improve the management level of two votes becomes a problem of power companies’ key consideration. In this context, Laiwu power plant proposed the establishment of two tickets management system to realize the electronic management of two tickets.This paper aims at the problems in the operation tickets and work tickets’manual work of power and then uses the Java language to develop the two tickets management system basing on B/S pattern, and it describes the ways details of system’s functions, running environment and database. The system uses B/S structure model, chooses multi-tier architecture based on J2EE Struts+ Spring+ Hibernate integration framework to design and develop, and then uses SQLServer2008 database manager for data storage, at last, it achieves management with information of work ticket and operation ticket, which has enhanced the Laiwu plant management level of two tickets. In this paper, the idea of software engineering, describes the work tickets, ticket operations business processes, analyzes the functional requirements of the two ticket management system and describes the work of the ticket, ticket operations and achieves the effect of functional design method, describes the database used by the system technology. This article uses the example UML diagram, class diagram, sequence diagram, activity diagrams to describe the overall process with two votes for the job ticket management system, operation ticket management functional requirements, functional design classes and methods, as well all the process of achieving functions.This system has achieved the establishment of working ticket, job ticket inquiries, job ticket statistics, job ticket operations log, work tickets and other features typical transfer ticket, during the establishing of the work tickets we achieves work ticket billing, issuing receive, review, permitting, return, extension, alteration, termination and other work processes; the system achieves the establishment of tickets, ticket query operations, operation order statistics, ticket operations log, turn typical operation ticket votes, previous statistical clear, during the establish operation of ticket, we realizes ticket billing operation, review and backfilling workflow.Through the establishment and implementation of the management system of two votes, Laiwu power plant achieves the management of two tickets with information technology and network, it standardizes the fill operation of work tickets and operation tickets, reduces power plant staff work intensity and improves management’s efficiency and level of work tickets and operation ticket.
