Research And Implementation Of Wind Power Enterprise Information System Based On ERP

As a clean, renewable energy source, the development and utilization of wind energy is an important measure to solve our energy and environmental issues. Since China’s first wind farm in operation in 1986, after nearly three decades of development, China’s wind power installed capacity has been ranked first in the world. With a large number of wind farms in operation and expanding the size of the wind farm, research of wind power enterprise management mode as well as wind power companies wind power enterprise information born in order to improve management efficiency have become an important research topic.Wind power enterprise management is expanded around three main lines:production safety management, financial management, and materials management. Due to its own characteristics of wind power generation, the focuses of business management activities are mainly concentrated in work of the subordinate wind field and headquarters unified management, thereby enhance the effectiveness of enterprise-wide management of resources. The most important component of wind power companies is subsidiary of the wind farm, wind farms are mostly in the more remote, difficult terrain, while wind power company headquarters are generally located in another place, so how to do wind power companies unified management well, is a top priority aspect of wind power business management.Combined with the status of enterprise management Shanxi Huadian Fuxin Energy Ltd., this paper mainly completed the following tasks:(1) Through researching and analyzing the actual needs of the wind power business management, hackled out the standardization process in the wind power business enterprise management activities, and combined with knowledge of enterprise management, established of a wind power business management model.(2) Built a comprehensive budget management model based on ERP. The system combined actual production planning, budgeting and computers organically, made a prediction for various budget of enterprise, making budget management as a business management system to be truly fundamental.(3) Designed and implemented "Shanxi Huadian Fuxin Energy Limited information systems".
