Nowadays, with the rapid development of information and communication technologies for multimedia interaction design research has brought many new topics. Among them, the design and optimization of interactive multimedia applications and interactive multimedia systems is essential to enhance the user experience. On the one hand, interactive multimedia applications have become increasingly popular in people’s daily lives, such as games, teaching, medical, multi-media conference. On the other hand, users wanted to get multimedia services with richer content, higher visual quality, better interactivity, and easy to access. However, higher customer requirements will inevitably faceing more complex steps, the next question facing the huge software is difficult to use. Interaction design just used to solve this problem. Faced with complex functions and a huge stack of user needs, with a more logical and humane way to sort out the easy to use system. Centered with health care needs analysis, my company designed the software:remote operation guidance and teaching system, where the UCD department is responsible for interaction design and interface design.This paper mainly analysis the design principles of this system, combined with collaborative comparative analysis of similar products in domestic and abroad, summed up at the respective strengths and differences; Studing the concepts of interaction design of medical products, and centered around the user of medical staff research. According to the above principles and informations to design this system.
