Pulmonary disease and therioma is one of the highest death rate in the worldwide, and tissue diagnostics is the most important criterion of pulmonary disease’s diagnosis and treatment. Currently, the puncture surgery directed by CT can acquire pulmonary disease tissue most effectively. But the process of pulmonary puncture surgery makes patients be punctured repeatedly and be radiated again and again, this can bring patients other disease and adverse effects. It is of significant importance to explore new method of puncture surgery.This project is mainly about the key technology of percutaneous lung puncture surgery navigation and research the optimal path planning of surgery, including for DICOM medical image data reconstruction,3D visualization technology, image segmentation technology, the spatial registration method is studied. On the basis of these technologies research, I developed a lung biopsy computer aided surgery navigation system.Image processing technology and visualization algorithms are the foundation of surgical navigation. The focus of the study includes data processing, visualization technology, image segmentation techniques. On the basis of the study of various algorithms improved the related algorithm to make it meet the needs of clinical lung puncture operation.Space positioning technology and space coordinate registration technology is the key of the surgical navigation system. Through the method based on external landmark space registration, we implements the navigation system and registration accuracy can meet the demand of clinical surgeryThis project is about the best path’s planning and the technology of navigation relation during puncture surgery including the instruction of the3D data analysis model, the instruction of the best path of puncture surgery, surgery simulation and estimation, spatial orientation and navigation during puncture surgery, result estimation and clinical verification. In the end, a totally new method of planning intelligent path and navigating during puncture surgery will be instructed. Puncture surgery won’t depend on the experienced operating of the doctor in some extent. It will improve puncture accuracy. As a result, it will decrease the number of patients suffered puncture and radioactive radiation and will reduce the probability of complications. Puncture surgery will become more standardized. The increasing of surgical efficiency and success rate play a important role in diagnosis of lung disease.
