For these years data-communication shows a increase trend in the form of exponential,especially the IP service further expend dramatically. Following this situation online datacommunication service definitely will exceed the Telephone service in a few years and finally dataservice will consist of the majority of Tele-system,the next generation of transmit network mixingtogether with IP technology must inherit the characteristics of great viability and management in thelevel of telecommunication network level. The transmit network can take the advantage of theagility of the bearing network and merge it to be next generation of delivering network to groups.Classification of network service promotes the evolution from the transport network to packet-switch transport networks. The packet-switched transport network not only inherits the basiccharacteristics of the transport network (operational management and high survivability), but alsoabsorb the advantages of efficient statistical service and dynamic control panel in emergent serviceof packet switch transport networks, more and more operators choose to build their own networkarchitecture by construct packet networks.The packet transmit network construction of Maanshan Unicom is based on the driving factor ofdemand in mobile service, consideration of soft switches, customer line, VPNline, and also combinethe local infrastructure distribution planning, construction in steps, In the foundation of relativecompleted core convergency layer of the constructed packet-transmit network, increase the buildingprocess of topology in key cities, and requiring completed construction of packet transmit networkin central cities and towns. By increasing the intensity of the packet overlaying, superimpose thepacket transmit network in the primary nodes of the cities and towns for the readiness of quickinserting the transmit device of LTE stations in the cities and the towns.
