With the development of2G-3G-LTE, mobile service bandwidth upgrade, mobile broadband era. Mobile broadband at the same time, mobile business type is in the transition to the ALL IP. IP and broadband development trend of mobile business, mobile network topromote IPevolution.Because the traditional mobile network has high cost,availability, limited bandwidth resource and so on, to a great extent restricted the development of mobile broadband. Unicom isurgent to construct a full scenesupport capacity, easy maintenance, mobile telecom, withelastic bearing capacity of network, to meet the diverse needs of mobile broadband, enhance themobilebroadband access.In order to develop mobile broadband, IP mobile base station transmission be imperative.The packet transporttechnology of mobile bearing solution can transfer theexisting2G/3G business, but also for the future of LTE,various requirements of mobile bandwidth fully considerthe transmission cost, matching mobile broadbanddevelopment strategy, implementation ofmobilebroadband profitability.Because the network of mobile operators itself, mobilebearing the corresponding construction mode is also different. Mobile operators to lease mode, tendency to move to the independent construction of network, to meet the needs of the development of mobile broadbandthrough independent end-to-end network. And as an integrated operator Liaoning Unicom that hasfixedbroadband metropolitan area network that combinesexisting broadband metropolitan area network, to meet the needs of mobile broadband development, to helpsolve the cost pressureand evolution of mobile broadband for traditional SDH network brings. But the traditional broadband metropolitan area network is difficult to meet the necessary characteristics of mobilebusiness, therefore must pass the packet transportgateway equipment into new, characteristicsnecessaryfor the mobile service support.This paper mainly introduces the Liaoning Unicom’s wireless access IP network transmission solution. The scheme uses the packet transport in a wireless accessnetwork set up in packet transport network, using a variety of packet carrying equipment, not only integratespacket f lexibility, scalability, statistical multiplexingcharacteristics, but also integrated network end-to-endOAM, protection, connection oriented, QOS, timing synchronization and transmissioncharacteristics, mobile packet construction of IP bearer network. The packet transport networkproject is to meet a network of Liaoning Unicom follow-up integrated service bearing and thenewly built, the whole network is divided into the access layer, core layer, business layer ofthree parts, in addition to carrying mobile bearing business, the network canaccess integratedservices at the same time.This text first introduces the background of the project,the current situation of traditionaltransmission technology and packet transport network development, the purpose and significance of the project, and then introduces thetransfer associated transmission, relates to the packet network technology network load, and then the packet transport technology of network planning and design of Liaoning Unicom bearing network, introduced in detailIGP, the use of packet transport network in BGP, MPLS,VPN technology, and then introduces the application ofMPLS L2VPN and MPLS L3VPN voice in the mobile network, data and specifically for thewhole network trafficload sharing model design, priority and clock design.Finally has carriedon the related test according to the test method of business. After testing, the application requirements of bearing network with packet transporttechnology can achieve the telecom operation, stable operation.
