With the development of mobile internet and the popularity of smartphone, users can use theinternet service anytime and anywhere, and be able to get a high QoS. The streaming media serviceis widely used in mobile internet. At the same time, it also brings some problems, such as thepolitical problem and the legitimacy of copyright. So, it is necessary to supervise the streamingmedia data on the Internet. Otherwise, there will be a threat for national security, public interestsand personal intellectual property.In order to solve this problem, this thesis designs a monitoring system for audio and videocontent over mobile internet. The system is located in the domain of UTRAN. It acts as a node inthe network, and monitor, analyze and rebuid the streaming media packets. Because the systemstore a large number of audio and video data, combined with its location advantage, the thesisoptimize this system. Refering to the technology of CDN, the system firstly process the audio andvideo data based on the terminal equipment type. This can alleviate the pressure of CN.This thesis does the main work as follows:(1) the design of the audio and video contentmonitoring security terminal and each function module.(2) The new way of realizing terminal typeby intercepting IMEI in mobile communication signals.(3) The identification and reduction methodof audio and video traffic. With SIP and RTP, for example, programming achieves this function.(4)This thesis also introduces the way to store the audio and video data, and the techmology ofreal-time transmission.(5)The test in LAN or through simulation can verify the correctness andfeasibility of the method to realize each function module.
