At the same time, the paper gives adetailed analysis of every functional requirements of the server and the client, it discusses thekey technologies used in this system and at last it gives a detailed design and implementationof the key technologies in this system.Environmental monitoring of law enforcement system in this paper is mainly on thebasis of three-tier architecture. Using.Net technology combined with database technology andWeb Service technology, it can realize the enterprise to add a data file, delete, modify, query.And it can be achieved by creating a task in the task management module, audit, execution,archiving, etc. through the whole process. At the same time, it can also be achieved according to the different roles and permissions to show different interfaces and user permissions afterlogin. In addition, the system also implements contingency plans for management assessmentand audit functions. The law enforcement system will monitor the enforcement of traditionaltechnology modernization and greatly improving efficiency of law enforcement andmanagement level of environmental protection departments.
