It analyzed the current problems in the run of traditional transportation enterprise.The first is the unreasonable deploying the vehicles and the over cost of vehicles deployment.The second is the lag of information transmission and seriously low capability of processinginformation. The third is the system function of GPS does not expand. To use the existing GPSsystem data in this system, and the Web Service technology to build system connectorInterface for initiating an information request. When the system reads the specific vehicleinformation through the interface, it can intelligently choose the vehicle.In the thesis, it proved the developed information management system can satisfy theneed of informatization in the enterprise of transporting the oil drill materials by the design,development, test, and appraisal of this system. It also gave the outlook of networking in thefinancial settlement of transporting the oil drill materials.
