Design And Realization Of Road Transportation Management Information System

The Twelfth Five-Year Guideline of informatization of Transportation clearly states, transportation industry has dispersed and mobility. So it requires regulatory and public service to achieve national unity. And information technology is an important way to achieve this goal. The key to achieve this goal is to form a cross-regional, cross-industry applications sector. So it is able to give a full apply to the advantages of information technology and to maximize the benefits of information technology applications embody.In this study, according to the project named "Transportation economic operation monitoring and early warning and decision analysis system" of the Ministry of Transport, combined with "Transportation statistical analysis to detect and investment plans information management system pilot project of Sichuan Province "and" Transportation statistical analysis to detect and investment program management information system of Sichuan Province ", around the construction of integrated transport hub of the West specific launched. The goal is to build a system of statistical indicators of road transport in line with China’s national conditions, and design and implement an online road transportation management information system.Firstly, this article analyzed the present situation and Inadequate of road transportation information management of Sichuan Provincial. Basied on this, build a road transportation statistical indicator system which suited to China’s national conditions. Then, the study research and analysis the demand of information management system. Through research the feasibility of hardware and software development environment, the article designs the overall framework of road transportation management information system. Finally, thesis construct a road transporttion management information system which covered "Statistics report management, Investment scheme management, News of Monitoring and Management, Statistics Query and sharing. Comprehensive analysis management, Statistical information public service". And it shows the main page of related functions at runtime.Statistical indicators of road transportation system constructed in this study can fully reflect the current situation of China’s road transport industry. Application of road transportation information management system can further enhance the efficiency of administration of Sichuan Province, improve the accuracy of real-time transportation information transmission and the transmission of information flow, achieve various business activities and processes nodes instruction paperless, strengthen business activities traceability records, strict stage of evaluation of the quality of work, to ensure the authenticity and validity of the various stages of road transport data.
