Design And Realization Of Analysis And Decision System Of Investment Plan For Huozhou Coal Electricity Group

Drawing up the investment plan occupies a very important position in productionoperation of coal enterprise, related to the overall development of the company in thefuture. Decision Support System in the special fund investment of Huozhou CoalElectricity Group has been put into use. Its good performance benefits a lot forplanning, management and implementation of special fund investment. At the sametime the enterprise demand for the data analysis and decision support. Rely onincreasingly sophisticated data warehouse technology, the integrated OLAP onlineanalytical, reporting techniques, and data mining technology effectively integrateand analyze historical data of enterprise with establishing decision support systems,become an effective solution to solve the above-mentioned requirements.In this paper, firstly the research background and significance of DecisionSupport System in the special fund investment of Huozhou Coal Electricity Group hasbeen discussed, while the related research statue has been analyzed at home andabroad. Then the data warehouse, OLAP, data mining and other key technologies indecision support system has been discussed. According to the actual needs ofHuozhou Coal Electricity Group, the structure of data warehouse system has beendesigned, including the data source layer, data warehouse layer, data analysis layer,presentation layer. Based on the current management and information system ofinvestment program and the type of analysis, various plans, unit, time and otheranalytical themes has been formulated. The data warehouse is established based onthe analytical themes. The SSIS technology is applied to extract transform data,ultimately loaded data into data warehouse. In the data warehouse, reportingtechnology is applied to establish each report models of investment plans of specialfunds for Huozhou Coal Electricity, and showing results as charts and other forms.The data of each analysis themes is selected from the data warehouse, and the OLAPonline analytical and processing multi-dimensional dataset is established by theapplication of SSAS. The data is analyzed using multi-dimensional analysis method,and the result of analysis is showed to user in the way of Web. Data miningtechniques is applied to established prediction model based on “Microsoft timing”method, and performs well. The Succeed of the system supply will management forthe staff and leadership of planning department of enterprise.
