As the development of new technologies like the Mobile Internet, the CloudComputing, the Big Data era has arrived. The data information has become acommercial capital and investment. A significant organization and management of thedata resources can make great wealth and social value. The concept of Data OrientedArchitecture, which is centered on data, associated by data identifications, andoriented on the large-scale data exchange mechanism, emerged as the times require.However, it is a big challenge for data resources managers that how to manage thelarge amounts of data and make them organized better and more significant.This dissertation has designed a new data exchange technology of Data OrientedArchitecture, which is based on research of Data Oriented Architecture, concentratedon the characteristic of massive data, and focused on the organization and themanagement of the DOA’s data resources. Also oriented on the new-proposedtechnology, it has explored the data exchange mechanism of Data Register Center.Furthermore, guided by the requirement of high-efficient data exchange, it has studiedfurther about the Data Register Center of the DOA, and optimized and realized themodel which is based on the Data Register Center. With all the studies, it has resolvedthe problem about the theoretical research of massive data, the organization andmanagement, and the transfer efficiency and so on, which achieve the high efficientdata exchange.This dissertation has achieved the following primary innovations and researchresults:(1) A compiling binary mechanism named XMLC is designed for effective dataregistry and exchange.The XMLC technology is expanded the XML technology, and guided by theDewey encoding, the XMLC compiling/parsing mechanism is defined as a binarycompiling and parsing solution, using the segregation of XML documents’ contentand structure.(2) A compiling/parsing mechanism is designed on the basis of XMLCserialization technology. According to the design about XMLC, it can achieve the automatic compilingand parsing processing, aimed for the Data Register Center’s mechanism on dataregistry and data exchange.(3) A implementation scheme about XMLC technology’s application in DOAArchitecture has been brought up.It has optimized the hierarchy structure of Data Oriented Architecture, andenriched the data exchange mechanism, and preliminary implemented the XMLCmechanism oriented framework of Data Register Center. Thus, it preliminary resolvedthe efficiency of data exchange.
