With the rapid development of network technologies and mobile Internet, the users anddevelopers have a variety choice of communications technology services and network protocols.This thesis focuses on the technical realization of heterogeneous network control platform, whichenable business operations have a better control and management of network resources, based onthis open platform, developers can quickly develop rich applications, users can enjoy seamlessmulti-kind of network resources and make full use of terminal capabilities.Firstly, this thesis analyzes the heterogeneous network convergence characteristics, and thenextracts the key technology research points, including open service control technology and businesslogic execution platforms. By deeply analyzing the JAIN SLEE standard, a solid theoreticalfoundation is laid for the design and development of the network control platform.Secondly, this thesis designs the system architecture for heterogeneous network controlplatform based on open source mobicents, including network control environment which is focus onthe management of transport layer, and service control environment which is for all servicemanagement and control. The system architecture adopts a hierarchical design concept, the modulesare independent from each other, achieve a separation of network and service control, facilitate theexpansion and development of service logic.Finally, this thesis realized the prototype design and implementation of heterogeneous networkcontrol platform. The service control environment realizes the terminal group control subsystemand call control subsystem. By using the prototype system, the system and functional testing arecompleted, the feasibility of the platform design are verified.
