Cloud Computing is a new kind of business model as the IT industry continually evolve. Compared to traditional IT business model, it provides the advantage of reducing operational cost, increasing business flexibility and continuity. IaaS is one of the most common cloud-service models, which manages IT resource like compute、storage、network with great elasticity. Telecom operator now face fierce competition from mobile internet company, causing its profitability and business innovation capability decline greatly, increasing its risk of being just a data pipeline. The advantages of IaaS, such as resource virtualization, resource automation management, scale elasticity, can effectively integrate telecom operator’s infrastructure, gives telecom operator faster speed in nowdays business competition, and reduce the cost significantly.The resource pool system described in this paper meets the urge demand of telecom operator. Resource pool system can effectively integrate hardware in telecom operator data center, which leads to resource reuse, thus makes on-demand and elastic resource allocation to applications running on data center possible. This paper mainly focus on the design and implementation of resource pool access module, which is the subsystem of resource pool. In the first place, this paper gives the requirement analysis of resource pool access module, which consists of the function part and the non function part. T Based on the requirement analysis, this paper then depicts the system design of resource pool access module. The resource pool access module adopts layering system structure. In system design period, this paper also pays attention to solution of resource virtualization and open interface implementation, sub-module division. Then from the perspective of layering structure of resource access module, this paper describes the core sub-module implementation of service layer, model layer, and virtualization layer, which includes open interface sub-module in service layer, network resource management sub-module in model layer and network related driver in virtualization layer. In addition, this paper also describle the implementation of CLI control sub-module and resource stats collection sub-module, which support the resource access module.on the basis of system design, this paper gives the detailed design and Implementation of resource pool access module, which include data structure design and core sub-module design and implementation.This paper then carrys out function testing and performance testing on resource pool access module, which proving that resource access module function acts correctly, and the performance also meets requirement. At last, this paper describes a brief summary and outlook, and figures a way out for the deficiency of resource pool access module.
