Currently, the capacity of the enterprise data center infrastructure is gradually reaching a critical point. The traditional establishment of IT infrastructural restricts the enterprise IT system development due to the high expansion cost, low system utilization, long development cycle, poor system scalability and so on. In order to complete the construction of IT systems; the construction of IT infrastructural from a business point should be considered. The cloud computing technology is used to build low-cost, highly scalable resources pool, to improve automation levels of IT resource management and deployment capacity, and to improve market responsiveness of IT.systems.According to the requirement of Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) private cloud resource pool, this thesis presents a viable solution to the demand of the resource pool construction. By abstracting the various IT infrastructure, the platform can allocate resources according to users’ need dynamically, which can adapt rapidly to the expansion demand of different applications, achieve flexibility of resource allocation, provides automatic management of computing resources, storage resources and network resources, and finally meet the needs of private cloud resource pool construction. In this thesis, a detailed design and implementation of the resource pool management platform is discussed. The first chapter is the introduction including the background and development at home and abroad, and then it introduces the project content and key technologies. The second chapter analyzes the requirements of system function and system structure and lists resource management services and interfaces. The third chapter describes the overall design of the resource pool management platform, including system architecture view, functional view and deployment view etc. The fourth chapter describes the detailed design of core modules including computing resources modules, storage resources modules and network resources modules. The fifth chapter demonstrates the system implementation from the perspective of the engineering implementation. The sixth chapter is the verification of this platform from function and performance tests. The seventh chapter is a summary of the thesis, and the future prospects of the project.
