Cloud computing, as a new business model, brings a new round of innovation for the IT industry. The development of Cloud Computing Network-Operating system proposed. As basement of Network-Operating system, Cloud Computing platform is established on a computer cluster which includes a large number of servers, provide unified management of hardware resource in computer cluster by virtualization technology and provide available virtual machine cluster to the outside users. The main goal of platform in this paper is make the way of the underlying hardware resources usage easier, effective, transparent and flexible. The platform can improve resources utilization and reduce maintenance cost. The paper introduced the background, development and related technology of Cloud computing and virtualization technology firstly, then makes IaaS platform requirement analysis from the perspective of design, then three mainly key function module are abstracted from the requirements, that is, virtual machine management module, virtual disk image management module and resources allocation modules. Then the overall architecture of IaaS platform is designed. The following step is designed platform working mechanism and system starting mechanism. Following finished function, database and interface design of virtual machine management module, virtual disk image management module and resources allocation modules. IaaS platform is achieved by using layered Architecture. Last implantation of these three modules is finished adopting the resolutions described above. At the end, the paper tested the function and performance of IaaS Cloud computing system and proposed the future work.
