Design And Research Of Mobile Terminal Remote Security Monitoring Platform Based On User Experience Measurement

With the maturity of the artificial intelligence technology and the popularization of AI functions and the implementation of future community plans,monitoring products have been used in various industries.Compared with other countries,the security surveillance technology is still at a slightly backward stage in China.However,the government has povided the security industry with more support after being aware of it.In addition,the security industry has Shown a good momentum of vigorous development with the new innovations,such as AIo T and 5G,which have improved the performance of security products and have made them more intelligent.Through the survey,competitive product analysis,quantitative and qualitative analysis and other methods I have applied,this paper analyzes the status quo of the intelligent security industry and the products of the mobile remote security monitoring platforms.I have found the defects existing in current platforms such as the failure at developing user habits and the insufficient level of intelligence.By doing the research on enterprise users,who are two types of user groups at the age of 25-34 years old and35-49 years old respectively,I found the real needs of them which are related to the functions on live preview,video playback,alarm message reminder and intelligent task settings.According to the surveies and statistical analysis methods based on user experience,the correct conclusion of the Demo B optimization scheme is drawn,it is clear that cameras are used as the center of a mobile remote security monitoring platform,and other potential needs of users have also been detected.This ervasive approach can be used for the study on user behaviors in the security industry.Starting from user needs,the designs for user experience and the platform for remote security monitoring terminal are carried out for the target on the behaviors of viewing monitoring systems.A design with a highlight,the function of "non-inductive switching",has been proposed.The function can let users operate a mobile terminal platform,when users viewing monitoring and receiving alarm messages,they can directly display the information of both on a home page without clicking to view monitoring,and then turning back to view and receive alarm messages.The platform provides users with convenient functions of monitoring and viewing,video playback,intelligent task configuration,passenger flow and customer group data display,equipment management and sharing,message and alarm reminders and so on.Not only does meet the needs of basic use,it also adds the function for experiencing intelligent innovation.The functions may improve the retention rates of new users who have not purchased cameras but want to perceive intelligent algorithms in advance.Also they can help to reduce the sense of barriers brought to users by the platform;at the same time,the the function of online shopping system in a platform can help users to purchase cameras and intelligent algorithms with one click seek,and these purchase channels form a closed loop,the mobile security ecological chain,for the platform.This business model can be conducive to those brands of cameras and intelligent algorithms,and can enhance customer stickiness,thereby helping enterprises transform and create updated value chains.
