Design And Implementation Of Broker Management And Log Module In A Monitoring System For A Middleware

Enterprise Service Bus is the combination of traditional middleware technology and XML, WebServices technology. It can eliminate the technical differences between different applications, so that different applications can work together to achieve the communication and integration between different services. WebSphere Message Broker of IBM is a cross-platform ESB product, and it is just referring to the product mentioned.Websphere Message Broker requires the coordination of the various components in the product, including broker, execution group, application, message flow. In addition, when processing the messages, it is necessary to provide the log information of the messages. Based on this background, IBM pre-sales engineers and IBM China Development Lab, developed a monitoring system of the product. The system supported the management of various components, and provided other functions of the system resources monitoring and configuration management. I was responsible for the management and log modules in the whole system.The entire project was implemented strictly in accordance with the software engineering The framework of the system used the SSH framework (Struts2+Spring+Hibernate). The project was implemented in accordance with the software engineering, and the implementation of the project not only contained the preparations, but also the Software Requirement Specification, High Level Design, Low Level Design, Coding and follow-up Testing. The whole process was recorded with standard documents.Finally with the continuous efforts, the project has been completed smoothly, the whole system successfully reached the system requirements. Now The project has been delivered to pre-sales engineers and I would continue to trace the follow-up work.
