With the emerging of new radio communication services, rapid growing demand for spectrum resources and more complex electromagnetic environment need to be more attentioned. Monitoring and management of spectrum resources had risen to national security and strategic level. In order to strengthen the supervision and management of spectrum resources, it is very urgent that developing general wireless signal detection analysis system (spectral detection systems) which can realize real-time spectrum monitoring and analysis.This thesis started from the characteristics of the spectrum detection systems as well as software radio design idea, determined the spectral detection system modular software and hardware design ideas, clarified the clear role of IF sampling board in spectrum detection system and the main design difficulties, provided the route for subsequent design work.Then, based on a brief analysis of the needs of IF sampling board, combined with the previous design deficiencies, this thesis proposed sampling board design architecture, completed the selection of core digital processor parts and key interface protocol, proposed sampling board overall design, constructed design framework.For high-performance analog-digital conversion indicators, this thesis derived quantitative relationship between resolution, clock jitter and SNR, analyzed main measures to reduce the time jitter analysis, and designed high-quality clock generation circuit. This thesis estimated the actual clock jitter, calculated ADC resolution, and completed the converter selection. Then this thesis designed the peripheral analog access circuits and impedance matching circuits. Through the actual board testing, ADC performance was verified. Finally, combined with analog-digital conversion circuit, around the core digital signal processor and core controller, this thesis completed the sampling board circuit design. In order to solve the problem that FPGA configuration program can’t be flexibly upgraded, this thesis came up with a remote configuration plan. For the electromagnetic interference between the analog signals and digital signals in mixed analog-digital board, this thesis compared completely split and partly split the reflux ground plane treatments, and proposed partly split the reflux ground plane and reasonable stack design. Then this thesis completed IF sampling board performance tests in the spectrum detection system, and verified to meet the design requirements.
