Research And Implimentation Of Orientation Information Analysis And Processing Based On Webgis

Currently, the network communication technology of China is developing rapidly. With the widespread use of3G and the issues of TD-LTE and FDD-LTE licenses, operators have an increasingly demanding level for the operation and maintenance of base stations. However, most operators are still operating and maintaining base stations in manual way. This mode of operation and maintenance is not only detrimental to patrol officers, but also reduce the integrity, authenticity and reliability of the inspection data. Establishing an integrated management platform for the operation and maintenance of base stations is an effective way to solve the above problems.After the inspection of the flow of operation and maintenance of base stations and the study of WebGIS, this paper bases in Comprehensive Operation Support and Intelligent Management System of ANM Laboratory, analyzes and processes the orientation information to enhance the authenticity and intellectuality of the operation and maintenance of base stations, uses WebGIS technology to propose an intelligent and scientific solution for the management system of the operation and maintenance of base stations, called Location Management System of Polling Base Station. This paper first proposes the feasibility and requirements of the Location Management System of Polling Base Station, and then gives the detailed design of the system combined with the actual needs. This paper combines Ajax, JavaScript, Web Service and WebGIS to optimize user experience of electronic maps; uses the WebGIS development means based on Baidu Map to enhance development efficiency; integrates Struts, Spring and Hibernate framework to enhance system scalability; and then, it achieves the five functional modules on Android platform and PC platform of Location Management System of Polling Base Station and realizes a functional test of the Location Management System of Polling Base Station. At last this paper proposes a systematic summary and an expectation for the follow-up study of its subject.
