In recent years, with the progress of science and technology, the downlink terminal side joint detection technology which based on the multi-cell has made considerable progress, and has been applied in the commercial end-products to reduce or eliminate the interference from other cells. But for conformance testing of joint detection of TD-SCDMA terminal area, due to the requirements of test scenario is very complex and strictly, for a long time there is no meter or a test system capable of supporting the relevant test cases, the issue is raised on this basis.The author has fully participated in the development process of TD-SCDMA terminal multi-cell joint detection test system, this paper is a summary of related work. The main contents include:First, introduces the background and significance of the subject, Based on the measurement of resources and the research group in the comprehensive research, to design and implement a test system to verify whether multi-cell joint detection performance of TD-SCDMA terminal can meet the corresponding requirements in the agreement.Second, The design of a multi-cell joint detection system in TD-SCDMA terminal:first of all, we have analyzed the overall test method of the agreement according to the protocol and then provided an overall diagram of the system. Then the design of the simulation part, the channel simulation part and the RF switch box is detailed introduced. The design of each module is highlighted, so that the test system can meet the targets specified in the agreement.Third, The implementation of automatic test system:An automatic test system, including the hardware environment and the realization of the automatic testing software in the host computer system have been designed and realized.Fourth, establishes a relatively simple model to carry out the uncertainty analysis on the test system, given the reference value of system uncertainty.This testing system described here has passed TCG (TD-SCDMA Certification Group) certification, and is used in the Chinese mobile storage test session.
