As we all know, the three industrial revolution is an important turning point inthe history of human development, It’s influence no doubt proved technology areprimary productive forces. Countries have a national science and technology literacylevel is to determine whether this country can occupy Heights in the next industrialrevolution. Currently each country through policies to encourage, economic support,strengthen education, focus on training, a series of measures to improve sciencecommunication systems to increase public awareness of science and technology,under this international situation, we also must speed up the pace.
