The Study Of Indicator System For Banking Software Quality Metrics Based On Full Life-cycle Perspective

In recent years, the rapid development of China’s banking sector and increasing competition among institutions bring more and more diverse new services, along of faster and faster innovation. With the computer and the Internet application, almost all the banking business require the support of IT systems. Due to the short interval of innovative services, pressure on business innovation is being delivered by the marketing department to the software development department. Changes in demand for business innovation bring a huge challenge to the software quality management. To enhance the competitiveness of banks, the quality control process of software project becomes indispensable.In this paper, combining the actual situation for the Chinese banking software development, we discussed how to improve the quality of banking software project continuously by designing the key quality indicators system in a quantitative way. This article targeted also the relationship between software project quality and business needs, design and development, testing, and maintenance, the key links along of the life-cycle of software development. This article proposed an idea to iteratively improve the quality of banking software project by tailoring software quality evaluation system, which is an innovative and meaningful essay.
