Research And Implementation Of The Desktop Management Software Test Solution Based On CodedUITest

Many changes have happened in the field of IT. For Example:cloud services; cloud computing, mobility and data analysis. As everyone knows enterprises have to keep their wits and adjust the business as soon as possible about the new technologies gradually dominate the IT field. A software company wants to establish its position in this times, a good quality product is the fundamental. The traditional manual testing has out-of-data because it not completely meets and follows the development step of software development. The automation testing is a valuable tool for software testing. Now the automatic testing stills in the primary stage in domestic so the advanced automated testing technology research become particularly important.In this thesis, the practice of the automated testing solution object is desktop management software which it was development by Visual Studio, a lot of non-standard controls in the desktop management software. According to features of it and the defined automated test platform, this thesis proposes automated testing solution for C/S structure. Carried out and verify in the actual project, The main work is as follows:1) Analyzed the enterprise testing environment and the test principle of CodedUITest, studied the automated test solution based on Visual Studio development platform.2) Analyzed the automation testing demand of desktop management software, Put forward a test scheme to meet the automated testing demand which fully consider the functional characteristics of desktop management software.3) Give a specific implementation method of the test solution which based on CodedUITest framework.4) Make a detail description for the specific practice of automation testing application process in the actual project and carries on the analysis and evaluation of test results, to ensure that the automatic testing method is reasonable and practical.An automation test scheme is proposed in this thesis, provides guidance and useful model for the testing work under the Visual Studio development platform and suitable for the C/S structure software, improve the work efficiency and quality of automation test, finally it will make great reference value for the similar engineering practice environment test.
