With the development of fire protection technology, the traditional fire fighting manipulated by manpower due to its small sweeping range, time of response is long, the lower control precision has become increasingly difficult to fit the requirement of large industry system and dense city construction. With the development of embedded system, the embedded platform combine the computer technology, electric control technology, mechanical drive technology and wireless radio technology with fire protection technology to replace of the traditional fire fighting, that has been advanced and widely used. One of them is the wireless control fire monitor based upon embedded system, that compile the data order from the remote controller and send to the motor drive in control words, the user can manipulated the monitor in any direction and position, that becoming a new intelligent electric control mode. Based on the PIC18F MCU of Microchip, wireless control fire monitor design and implementation, the main work is as follows:First, introduces the background and significance of the thesis, prompted the primary content of the thesis after discussing the current situation in China and foreign country. According to the character of current MCU, choose the high reliability and transplantable Harvard architecture as the hardware platform, after comparing some kinds of MCU, choose the PIC18F452and PIC18F2331as the hardware platform, they are the most economical and effective method.Secondly, analyze the important technology, summarize a global design scheme based on the platform of wireless remote control system, including hardware and software solutions, supplying design description for every part of hardware function. In terms of software of the embedded system, supplying function description for state machine process, bus communication, motor control, including the position control, wireless Zigbee module data transmission. Finally, the people can control the motor can running.Finally, testing the function and performance of the monitor control system, the results indicate that the control system has reached the design requirement, and has been put into application.This thesis introduced the function of Microchip processor from a application respective, and made a wireless remote control system of fire protection monitor design based on PIC18F2331and PIC18F452, the control system relates to the design and implementation of hardware and software, completed the remote controller data sending, processing, receiver data receiving, distribution, the most important work includes hardware design, the motor control program and wireless transmission program development and debugging.
