The fire is always one of the most severe disasters which has threatened people's lives and caused property damage.Aiming at the problem of how to gather various signals of on-site automatic fire monitor and how to provide an intuitive fire route for fire fighters,a centralized control display system based on embedded automatic fire cannons is designed.The system is composed by a main controller and a slave controller.The main controller mainly collects all kinds of information of the control interface based on WinCE6.0 embedded system,including the fire monitor position information in the fire engineering drawing and virtual control button and key information.And the main works of the slave controller consist of controlling actions of the field fire monitor(including up and down around the swing of the fire monitors' muzzle,start and stop of the pump,etc.)and the corresponding instructions,using the matrix analog switches to switch the video signal,and connecting with the field fire monitors through RS-485 bus.And the master controller and the slave controller are communicated through RS-232.The background of the research and current situation of the centralized control display system of automatic fire monitor are described,and then the master-slave control program is selected through the analysis and comparison among various system solutions.According to this scheme,the Samsung S3C6410 processor is established as the processor of the system master controller,and WinCE 6.0 as the embedded operating system.In this paper,the hardware schematic diagram and PCB layout and wiring of the main controller and slave controller are introduced in detail,and the overall scheme of software and program design process are determined,then the control interface design and the underlying application development based on WinCE 6.0 are elaborated,and the communication protocol between the master controller and the slave controller is constituted.The PCB board is designed,and the PCB board is produced and manufactured by coordinating with PCB manufacturers,the PCB electronic components are welded in manual.Finally,after PCB board debugging,the basic functions are implemented,and the improved approaches and prospects are proposed to the deficiencies.In this paper,the hardware platform design of the master controller and slave controller,the underlying application development based on WinCE 6.0 embedded system,the communication protocol between the master controller and slave controller,and the object production of centralized control display system for the automatic fire cannon are completed.Through experiments,ultimately the centralized control and display functions are realized and the expected goal is achieved.
