How to guarantee the successful accomplishment ofthe series of projects needs the method of project management to help do research and make adetailed analysis.Based on the characteristics of Jiangning broadcasting interactive digital TV integratedtransformation project, and on the premise of avoiding the project risk, the thesis focuses on how tocontrol the project schedule, cost and quality. According to the overall goal and main tasks, thesetting of the scope in the project and the identification of organization structure should be put inthe first place. Adopting strong Matrix project management to set up a project organization structureand implementing of project manager responsibility system together with setting up a specialworking group reflect the work ethic and work relationship of our company personnel involved anddepartments in project management. Its advantages are to achieve the flexibility of the organizationand enhance the ability of teamwork and help improve the efficiency of project management. Thethesis analyzes and describes how the management is carried out by means of three elements—theproject’s schedule, cost, and quality to increase reliability of project successfully at the stage ofimplementing project management. In the area of project risk management, early warningmechanisms will be established, and in the implementation process of the project management riskmanagement, dynamic management will be achieved. Through periodic review of the project, thedeviations that may arise during the implementation of the project are analyzed, correctivestrategies are researched. Therefore, measures to ensure that projects will go smoothly following thegoal and be always put in control are set. When the project is finished, it will be comprehensivelysummarized and evaluated and a related report will be made, which will make a comparisonbetween the actual fact and the intended target in terms of cost, time and quality. Furthermore, thedeviation will be analyzed and key management problems will be instructed. In particular, key riskfactors existing in the project will be pointed out and the probable influence of the risk factors onproject cost, schedule, performance will be studied.
