The PMO Multiple Projects Management

With the maturity development of software industry in our country, more and more companieshave realized that the thoughts of software project management advantages the organizationalmanagement. The maturity of project management has become a hot topic in organizational projectmanagement, project management office (PMO), as an independent part of the organization,improves the project management and operational capacity, and is still in its infancy in domestic.It’s significant to research the management of the full lifecycle of PMO multi-projects.Through the research of the whole lifecycle management of multiple parallel developmentprojects, and the analysis of the basic functions of the PMO, this thesis introduces the maturitymodel during the project management.
