The construction of agricultural product quality traceability system is an important means to ensure food safety, and the policies, standards and technology of supporting the construction of quality traceability system are increasing. However, the traceability system has not yet appeared the public service platform type, can’t really serve the vast number of consumers. A lot of research is still in the traceability system construction and implementation of the technical level, almost all of the existing traceability system can’t apply to a variety of products at the same time, traceability results too subjective to determine whether the quality of security, enterprise application traceability system with large、 high cost lead to desire is not high, the difficulties in these issues seriously hindered the construction of food safety system. According to the quality of agricultural products traceability system in scope, tracing accuracy and traceability cost and other aspects ofthe problems, in this paper, from the traceability information index model、many varieties of dynamic expansion、traceability precision improved、multi-mode mixed recognition and other aspects of the indepth research, build the traceability system and a demonstration application, main research results includes:(1)Agricultural products traceability information index model is constructed. Select yak meat, dairy products, carrot, three categories of Qinghai characteristic agricultural products as the object to research multi-species traceability information index. Through the literature reading and standard reference preliminary analysis of the agricultural products traceability unit, combined with HACCP quality system and production process, has carried on the hazard analysis to get the critical control points, combined with the safety factor to analyze the agricultural products quality inspection index. Based on the analysis of traceability unit, HACCP, quality inspection index three contents, using the analytic hierarchy process and expert evaluation method analysis to get the scientific and applied to the traceability information index of the agricultural products quality traceability, to provide effective data support for the study of the traceability system optimization technology, and also for the agricultural products traceability information index analysis provides a scientific index analysis method.(2)Aiming at the problem of traceability system applicable scope narrow, the paper studied the multi-species dynamic extension technology of the traceability system. Analyses the data structure characteristics of traceability information index model, compared the four kinds of common dynamic extension data model on the advantages and disadvantages, proposed a dynamic extension of EAV combined with XML data model, realized the data model of the system function modules, developed visualization software functions. It’s showed that through the study of the system query efficiency of the model and database performance experiment: the model system query time than EAV data model shortened by nearly 30%, efficiency has risen by42%; compared with the XML data type shortened nearly 58%, efficiency has risen by138%; When the system is gradually increasing amount of data, the system performance of the model remains the best. The data model of EAV combined with XML can effectively solve the problem of multi-species adapt to the traceability system, to improve the performance of the scope and system of traceability system.(3)According to the problem of traceability system for low accuracy and high cost, studied the traceability precision optimization technology based on location based service. By analyzing the characteristics of agricultural products traceability information, according to the traceability information in environmental information,analyzed all various types of environmental data of available data sources and characteristics, drawn up minimal space unit and implementation of data matching, integrated environmental monitoring government regulators data forming the basis of the regional environmental database. Based on the "world map" of spatial data engine and API development interface, used LBS technology to achieve automatic acquisition origin of environmental information, developedthe software featuresof information automatic acquisition and results demonstrate. Through the comparison between the precision of traceability system, this technology can significantly improve the traceability system of width, depth, accuracy, so as to enhance the overall system traceability precision. In real sample analysis found that improved the traceability precision to trace the results of the determination of efficiency up to 72.5%. The technology in the system to enhance the traceability precision, reduce the cost of application at the same time, also provide the effective basis for determining the quality and safety of agricultural products.(4)According to the problem of the agricultural products traceability code standards are not unified、low practicability, studied back yards multi-mode hybrid identification technology. By analyzing the existing problems of back yards in additional product and identification, combined with different production cycle and method of packaging enterprise application scenarios, designed a back yard multi-mode hybrid identification method. The method were used EAN-13 bar code, two-dimensional code and batches of two-dimensional code to identify agricultural products, through the combination with production date, designed the multi-mode hybrid identificationtechnology implementation process, developed the agricultural products traceability code under different scenarios of addition, scanning and recognition software function. This technology has a significant effect on the rapid application of tracing system and reducing the cost of enterprise application.(5)The construction of agricultural product quality traceability system is demonstrated. In order to establish wide application, high traceability precision, strong practicability, stable performance of the agricultural products quality traceability system target, application of the system optimization technology, designed traceability system framework structure, traceability processes, software function, integrated to build thetraceability system, showed the system function after application of optimization technology. Through the system demonstration application in Qinghai province for 3 years, summarized the system data, performance,achievements, and so on after the application performance.
