Analysis On The Construction Of Traceability System Of Agricultural Products

Food safety issues has increasingly become a hot issue in today’s society, it not only affects people’s health and quality of life, also a serious threat to social stability and harmony. Food safety issues has risen to national strategic security level, state council specially set up a food safety committee, coordination of food safety supervision departments so that food safety issues foolproof.In this paper, the basic concepts of food traceability system starting, describes the construction of the developed countries of agricultural products traceability system status and traceability system construction of China’s agricultural situation, as well as China’s agricultural products traceability system construction deficiencies. Study design labels for agricultural products traceability management, large-scale breeding individual animal traceability management, agricultural pollutants origin traceability management and traceability management four functional modules. Through these four functional modules data flow diagrams, flowcharts and analysis with the legend, you can make functional module design and develop more systematic and standardized.
