Intelligent electric actuator is an important part of industrial automation processcontrol. Electric actuators can convert analog control signal into angles displacement orlinear displacement, thereby fluid flow can be controlled by the adjustment of valveopening, the automatic adjustment of the valve are achieved, the intelligent managementof the production process. Intelligent electric actuator divided into two parts, actuatorand the intelligent controller, the intelligent controller is the core part of system.In this paper, a kind of electric actuator intelligent controller based on ARMmicrocontroller STM32F103is developed, by studying the domestic and foreigndevelopment situation of the intelligent electric actuators, and combining characteristicsof some similar products and the design requirements. The controller realizes accuratepositioning by the difference of control signal and feedback signal of position frommicrocontroller calculate to drive motor.In the research, the overall design scheme of intelligent controller is completed; Themicrocontroller and peripheral circuit, infrared communication interface circuit, powercircuit, thyristor driving circuit, input and output interface circuit and so on hardwarecircuit are designed; The application of infrared communication, input data processing,positioning processing, data output applications, parameter configuration and so onsoftware are designed.In this paper, two-way communication of hand operator and intelligent controller arerealized by the infrared communication protocol, and the parameters setting and thedebug of electric actuators are realized. The problem of inertia in motor control isdesigned by software measurement method. The fault handling and self-diagnosisfunction are designed in the design process. The reliability of the intelligent controller isanalyzed and the anti-interference measures are designed. Through the system debugging experiment, the feasibility of design is verified, theneed function are realized. The design conditions are satisfactory through analysis of theexperimental data.
