Telephone communication is one of the most important communication methods and it has been widely used in many places.But the modern industrial and mining enterprises are large-scale,strong noise production sites,requiring communication system has flexible and efficient call mode,can achieve production scheduling and communication liaison etc.When emergency occurs,can timely evacuation,hedge guidance to reduce the personnel and property losses.Thus,modern industrial sites have special requirements on the telephone communication system.Focusing on the problems existing in current industrial and mining enterprise production dispatching communication system which includes the single of calling mode,the poor quality of communication in strong noise environment,the lack of operating and managing,a solution of non-central-switch calling system based on STM32F103 is proposed.The solution meets the communication needs of modern industrial and mining enterprises.The bus topological structure and the multi-channels sharing are adopted to realize the amplifying call,telephone talk and conference calls etc.It is flexible and convenient for users to extent and the price is low.The functions of select-calling,forced-inserting,forced-releasing and supervising are increased to solve the problem of the single of calling mode.These functions improve the pertinence of communication.The voice processor is used to improve the anti-noise performance of user terminals for the poor quality of communication in strong noise environment.The communication between user terminals and PSTN users can be realized through the repeater.Besides,the management and control of the entire system can be realized through the management controller and management terminal.The system parameters can be configured according to wired multi-channels user sharing theory and channel-number optimized configuration scheme under different parameters to realize the equalization of call loss rate and channel utilization.The non-central-switch calling system based on STM32F103 can be widely used in oil,chemistry and metallurgy working space.The system is proved to improve the production management level,efficiency and have significant economic and social benefits.
